Construction track-out control for California job site cleanup

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of dump trucks do you have?

We operate a diverse fleet so we can match the right equipment to your material, site conditions, and schedule. Our available configurations include double bottom (belly) dumps, super dumps (mega dumps), supertags, Super 10s, transfer trucks, 10-wheeler dump trucks, and end dumps. Each type serves a different purpose, so when you call, we’ll ask a few practical questions and recommend the best fit for efficiency, safety, and cost.

What materials can you haul for me?

We haul a wide range of materials commonly used or removed on construction, agriculture, and landscaping projects. That includes aggregates like sand, gravel, crushed rock, road base, drain rock, pea gravel, riprap, limestone and base aggregates, as well as asphalt and asphalt grindings, soil, dirt, fill, backfill, broken concrete, bricks, rubble, and demolition debris. We also haul landscaping materials such as compost, topsoil, sandy loam, bark, wood chips, decorative rock, and green waste like tree limbs, and we can support other bulk commodities such as road salt and fly ash when needed.

Do you deliver materials to sites?

Yes. Many customers hire us not only to remove material but also to bring materials into a jobsite from a quarry, plant, or material yard. If you already know what you need, we can coordinate pickup and delivery. If you’re still deciding, we’ll ask about your application and access constraints so the right equipment is dispatched for safe placement and efficient unloading.

Do you haul away debris and rubble?

Yes. Contractors and property owners use us to remove construction debris, broken concrete, asphalt pieces, bricks, rubble, dirt, and general jobsite spoil. We focus on keeping exports efficient and organized so your crews can keep working while we handle hauling and transport, with equipment selected to match the debris type and the site’s access and safety requirements.

Do you provide trucks with drivers?

Yes. Our service is operated equipment, meaning our trucks come with trained, experienced drivers and operators. When people say “rent a dump truck,” they often mean hiring a dump truck service; we do not position ourselves as a self-drive rental provider. Keeping the work operated helps protect safety, compliance, and jobsite efficiency because the person behind the wheel is trained for that equipment and the conditions your project presents.

Can I schedule nights or weekends?

Yes. We operate 24/7 and can support nights, weekends, and holidays when your project requires it. Many construction schedules depend on off-peak hours or tight deadlines, and our goal is to stay responsive so you can keep work moving while minimizing downtime and delays.

How many trucks can you supply?

We can provide 100+ units of trucks and equipment for ongoing projects, depending on availability and scheduling. Because we operate a large and varied fleet, we can support jobs that need multiple truck types at once, including high-volume hauling, paving support, exports, and cleanup services, with dispatch coordinating timing and logistics.

Which truck is right for my job?

That depends on your material, how much you need moved, and how your jobsite is laid out. For example, double bottom (belly) dumps are excellent for high-volume aggregates but are not suitable for large rocks and need room to operate, while end dumps are better for bulky demolition debris but require stable, level ground for safe tipping. When you call, we’ll walk through your requirements and recommend the most efficient and job-appropriate option.

Do belly dumps haul big rocks?

Belly dumps are best for materials that flow cleanly, such as sand, gravel, road base, and similar aggregates. Because of the gate and flow design, they are not ideal for oversized rock and generally should not be used for large chunks beyond roughly 1.5 inches. If you’re hauling larger rock or bulky debris, we’ll recommend a different truck type that can handle it safely and efficiently.

What’s the difference between end dumps and bottom dumps?

Bottom dumps release material through gates underneath the trailer, which is useful when you want controlled placement while moving, such as laying a windrow for base work. End dumps unload by tipping the body and releasing material out the rear gate, which is great for creating stockpiles and handling larger debris. The best choice depends on your material type, the dump location, and whether you need spreading versus piling.

Do you provide transfer dump trucks?

Yes. Transfer trucks are a great option for longer hauls or high-volume jobs because they can carry up to about 25 tons combined by moving more material in fewer trips. They can be very cost-effective on big projects, and we’ll recommend them when your site has enough room for the unloading process and your scope benefits from maximizing each run.

What are super dumps used for?

Super dumps are designed to maximize payload while staying road-legal, hauling up to about 21 tons per load. They’re commonly used for paving and large construction projects where efficiency matters, and their trailing axle can be lifted at the jobsite to improve maneuverability for tight dumping or feeding into paving operations.

When should I use a Super 10?

Super 10 trucks are a strong fit when you need a powerful load in areas where maneuverability matters. With a tighter turning radius than larger configurations, they’re often used on smaller sites, tighter job conditions, or projects where access constraints make bigger trucks less practical, while still delivering a substantial legal payload.

Do you have smaller 10-wheel dump trucks?

Yes. Our 10-wheeler dump trucks are useful when access is limited or the site requires a smaller, more maneuverable truck. They are commonly used for tighter job sites, urban areas, and certain residential deliveries or cleanups where a larger configuration is not the best fit.

Can you haul asphalt and asphalt grindings?

Yes. We haul hot mix asphalt for paving support as well as asphalt grindings (millings) and related roadway materials. If your job requires consistent timing to keep paving operations moving, our dispatch works closely with your schedule to support efficient delivery cycles.

Do you support demolition hauling jobs?

Yes. For demolition debris such as broken concrete, asphalt slabs, rubble, and bulky waste, we can provide truck configurations suited to heavier or oversized material. We also emphasize safe dump-site practices and proper equipment selection to reduce the risk of tipping or unloading issues.

Do you provide jobsite sweeping services?

Yes. We offer mechanical sweeper trucks and regenerative air sweepers to help clean job sites, streets, and paved areas, including cleanup after asphalt grinding and other construction activities. Sweeping can be scheduled as a one-time service or as ongoing support depending on your project needs and local requirements.

What’s the difference between mechanical and air sweepers?

Mechanical sweepers use broom systems to move debris into a hopper and are often effective for heavier debris and typical jobsite cleanup. Regenerative air sweepers use vacuum-style airflow with gutter brooms and water nozzles, which can be especially useful for fine dust and lighter debris in areas where thorough surface cleanliness is important. We’ll recommend the right sweeper based on the surface, debris type, and the level of finish you need.

Do you provide water trucks for dust control?

Yes. We provide water trucks with approximately 2,000–4,000 gallon tanks to support dust control and water needs on construction sites. Dust control is often essential for safe operations and compliance, and we can dispatch water trucks on a schedule that matches your site activity and conditions.

Do you offer a loader with an operator?

Yes. We have a wheel loader available with an operator, which can be helpful if your jobsite doesn’t have a loader available or you need additional support loading material into trucks or moving dirt and aggregate on site. It’s a practical way to keep work moving without waiting on separate equipment arrangements.

Do you haul construction materials on flatbeds?

Yes. We provide flatbed trailer services, typically 40–48 feet, for hauling items such as construction materials, K-rails, bulk bags, totes, and other non-dump freight that needs flat transport. If your project includes both materials hauling and flatbed transport, we can help coordinate services under one dispatch plan.

Do you provide heavy equipment transport?

We provide flatbed services, and we have noted plans to add lowboy trailers in the future for heavy equipment transport. If your request is specifically for lowboy-style hauling, contact us and we’ll clarify what’s currently available and what we can schedule for your timeframe.

Can I track the trucks on my project?

Yes. We offer real-time tracking capabilities so customers can view live equipment updates, and in some cases message drivers directly from a mobile device or computer. This helps improve transparency, coordination, and confidence during time-sensitive hauling operations.

Do you dispatch and communicate 24/7?

Yes. Our dispatch runs 24/7 to support construction schedules and urgent needs. We use GPS tracking and company radios in our fleet to stay coordinated and responsive, helping reduce downtime and improve on-time performance across multi-load or multi-day projects.

What areas do you serve in California?

We primarily serve Northern and Central California, including the Central Valley, the Sacramento region, and the San Francisco Bay Area, and we can extend service depending on distance and scheduling. With two physical locations in Ripon and Sacramento, we’re positioned to cover a wide radius for construction hauling and support work.

Where are your offices located?

We have two locations in California: 770 Frontage Rd, Ripon, CA 95366 and 6509 Hedge Ave, Sacramento, CA 95829. These locations help support coverage across key regions, and you can contact our team to confirm the best point of contact for your project area.

Are you licensed and compliant in California?

Yes. Our drivers hold valid commercial driver’s licenses and operate in compliance with California requirements for commercial transport. We maintain the permits and regulatory compliance needed to transport materials for hire, and we take safety and legal operation seriously on every project.

Do you have experience with public works jobs?

Yes. We have experience supporting major projects, including Caltrans work as well as city and county projects and other municipal work, in addition to private construction and residential subdivision work. That experience matters because public works projects require strong scheduling, compliance awareness, and consistent performance under structured site rules.

Are you certified DBE, SBE, or MBE?

We have been working toward Caltrans-related certifications such as SBE, DBE, and MBE. Because certification status can change over time, the best approach is to contact us and we’ll confirm the current status and what documentation is available for your bidding or compliance needs.

What safety practices do you follow?

Safety is a top priority in our day-to-day operations. We use thorough hiring standards, including background checks and drug screening, and we emphasize ongoing safety and industry training so our drivers and operators can work responsibly across changing jobsite conditions. We also perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections, including standard pre-trip and post-trip checks, to keep equipment in reliable working order.

Can you dump precisely in tight areas?

Yes. Our drivers are trained to adapt to jobsite conditions and can perform precise dumping when the site layout demands it, including working around equipment, coordinating with paving operations, and placing material where crews need it. Safe execution always comes first, so we assess access and conditions before determining the best approach.

How do you help keep projects on schedule?

We focus on dependable dispatching, the right equipment match, and consistent communication throughout the job. With a large fleet and 24/7 dispatch, we can help reduce downtime caused by missed loads or equipment gaps, and our goal is to support your workflow so materials arrive when needed and exports move out efficiently.

Why hire a dump trucking service instead of owning trucks?

For many contractors and project owners, hiring a professional dump trucking service reduces overhead and operational complexity. Owning trucks can mean major costs in purchase, maintenance, insurance, staffing, and compliance, while project demand may fluctuate. With us, you get the hauling capacity you need for the scope you have, without carrying the full burden of fleet ownership.

Do you offer hourly, by-load, or tonnage pricing?

Yes. Depending on your project needs, we can arrange pricing by tonnage or load, by hour with driver, or as a project-based rate for a defined scope. The right structure depends on haul distance, material type, loading and unload time, and whether your job needs steady cycles or flexible availability.

How quickly can you start my job?

Start times depend on current scheduling, your location, and the equipment type you need. Because we operate 24/7 dispatch and maintain a large fleet, we can often support urgent requests when availability allows. Contact us with your job details and timeline, and we’ll give you a realistic plan for mobilization and service.

What information should I provide for a quote?

To produce an accurate estimate, we’ll ask about your pickup and drop-off locations, the type of material, expected volume, site access conditions, loading equipment on site, preferred schedule, and whether your project needs specialized trucks like belly dumps, end dumps, transfers, sweepers, or water trucks. The more detail you share up front, the faster we can match the right equipment and reduce surprises once work begins.

Can you support both commercial and residential jobs?

Yes. While much of our work supports construction and large-scale hauling, we can also help with certain residential needs such as bulk material delivery for landscaping or hauling away debris from a property cleanup, depending on access, material type, and scheduling. If you’re unsure whether your job is a fit, call and we’ll guide you to the most practical solution.

What makes your service “one call”?

We operate a broad range of dump trucks and support equipment, which helps customers avoid coordinating multiple vendors for hauling, cleanup, and jobsite support. By combining hauling capacity with sweepers, water trucks, a loader option, and flatbed services, we can often support more of the workflow under one dispatch team, keeping projects simpler and more efficient.

How do you handle communication during hauling?

We prioritize clear coordination before and during service so your team knows what to expect. Our dispatch remains available, our trucks are equipped with communication tools and GPS tracking, and we work to prevent avoidable delays by confirming site details, timing, and unloading expectations up front.

Do you work with contractors long-term?

Yes. Many of our customers rely on us for recurring hauling needs across projects, seasons, and changing scopes. We aim to build long-term relationships through dependable service, honest communication, and the ability to scale up when your project requires more trucks, more shifts, or multiple service types.

What if my project scope changes mid-job?

Construction projects change, and we’re used to adjusting. If your material type, volume, schedule, or site conditions shift, we’ll re-evaluate equipment needs and availability and help adapt the plan. The goal is to keep work moving without compromising safety or compliance.

How do you ensure fair, transparent estimates?

We aim to provide accurate estimates based on real project details, including haul distance, cycle time, site access, and the equipment needed. We focus on straightforward communication so you understand what you’re paying for and why, and we work to avoid surprises by clarifying scope and expectations before dispatching.
